820 credit score, no criminal record, clean driving record, been paying the bills on-time for the last 15 years, just happens to be a USMC Veteran, with $XX,000 in his checking account. Paid off 2 houses and a few car notes recently. No credit card debt. Currently paying 1800 for housing while the proposed new mortgage with property taxes and insurance will only be 1400 a month. But I gotta slay dragons and jump through fiery hoops to get a fu***ng loan??? The Mortgage lending industry is fu**ed up!!!
