With this Memorial weekend marking 6 years of developing the Dark Woods RC property, it is time to announce some new changes.
We will be closing the store part of Dark Woods at the end of June. This is to free up more time for Mrs. Darkwoods and I as our family continues to grow and change. All items left in the store are available thru June as we will be open normal hours. Come get what we have left before it is all gone. We have new and used rc products that all must go. There are no new sale prices as we close the store but we will be open to reasonable offers on any items that remain.
As of July the park will be changing to a event only schedule. We will NOT be open to the public every weekend from then on. This will help us focus on expanding and polishing our RC related property, host bigger, better more specific events. So watch for those coming in the next few seasons.
We want to send out a big thank you to all of our store patrons throughout the past few years that supported our RC hobby store adventures. Big thanks to Redcat Racing Hobbywing Technology and Reef's RC Products for providing great products for us to offer to our customers. We really appreciate the partnership.
We will keep you guys posted as events are scheduled and more changes arise. Thanks again for your continued support as we look forward to a great summer of RC fun.

Man we can not catch a break! We are going to have to bump this weekends comp AGAIN! We still have a large amount of ice build up both inside and out of barn. Chris and I spent a half hour just breaking through to get to the door. So again we will reschedule. Saturday April 11th will be the new date. Sorry for the late notice but we did our best to wait and see if it was possible. Thanks for your understanding. Hope to see you all soon.

So with the weather being pretty terrible and our driveway and yard completely covered in ice we will be delaying this weekends comp till the following weekend. March 28th will be the new date. Good afternoon! Unfortunately we are going to be canceling this weekends comp on Saturday and be closed for the whole weekend. The weather isn't looking good for traveling and to top it off I am feeling pretty sick. So to keep everyone safe and healthy we have decided to cancel the comp. Sorry to everyone who was all set and ready. Hopefully you will see this post and not make the drive. Thanks and have a great weekend. See you guys in March!
