So it was by today I wanted to hit 180, but I’ll take 192. As I told y’all on previous videos I fasted and ate nothing but raw fruits and vegetables for 45 days of our connect 40 campaign at church. I could’ve hit it but I stopped working out because I didn’t want my body to get use to the workout from the little amount of food I was eating. I’d rather I started eating more again then add the work out to that. I’ll strive for the 180 in the next 3 weeks!
