On September 11th, Alpine Fire Department members will be walking in remembrance of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice on that fateful day. We will be starting at Frontier Fitness at 2102 W 90 at 10am. Firefighters will walk the 1.2 miles to the American Legion Post 79 in full gear. Thank you to Virginia at Frontier Fitness and the American Legion for supporting us.

On September 13th, 6:30pm Alpine Fire Department invites the community to the department for an open house. Food will be provided as well as a tour of apparatus and the station. At 7:30pm personnel will take part in a ceremony to honor those of our own department, as well as those afar who lost their live serving their communities.

Please join us in honoring those who gave the ultimate sacrifice.

The former students of Blackwell have worked tirelessly to preserve our town’s history and share it with the rest of the world. Thanks to their work, is now a National Historic Site!
