THE EIGHTH SUNDAY AFTER TRINITY: THE COLLECT


LORD God, your never-failing care brings order to all creation in heaven and on earth; We ask you to put away from us all that is hurtful, and give us those good things which are profitable for us; Through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and rules with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

LORD of all power and might, you are the Author and giver of all good things; Graft into our hearts the love of your Name, increase in us true devotion, nourish us with all goodness, and in your mercy allow us to abide in you always; Through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and rules with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever.
