Fall has a funny way of flying by.

We spend weeks looking forward to cooler weather, changing leaves, pumpkin patches, favorite recipes, and all those little traditions we love. Then suddenly, we’re packing away the fall decorations and wondering where the season went.

That’s one of the reasons I created my Fall Memories Keepsake printable.

It’s a simple way to slow down for a few minutes and capture the things that made this fall special. Not just the big outings or picture-perfect moments, either. Sometimes the ordinary memories are the ones we end up loving the most.

I have a question for my fellow list makers.

Do you ever write something on your to-do list that you’ve already finished... just so you can immediately cross it off?

Please tell me I’m not the only one.

There’s something ridiculously satisfying about seeing things crossed off a list, even when I technically cheated a little to get there.

And then there are those tasks that get moved from today’s list... to tomorrow’s list... to next week’s list.

We all have at least one of those, right?

So which one are you?

Do you write it down just to cross it off, or does it only count if it was on the list BEFORE you did it?

Sometimes a classroom just needs a little something to make the walls feel more finished AND give students a helpful reference they can use every day.

Okay, I saw something today that made me feel like we might be going back in time.

Apparently, there’s talk about MySpace making a comeback.

Remember when choosing your Top 8 felt like a major life decision? And you could tell everyone exactly what kind of mood you were in based on the song that automatically started playing when they visited your profile?

Those were definitely different times.

But now I’m curious.

If MySpace really does come back, would you join?

I think I’d at least have to check it out just to see what it’s like. Whether I’d actually stick around is another question.

What about you? Are you signing up, or should MySpace stay in the 2000s?

I always find it interesting to see what people like to keep on paper instead of their phone.

For me, there are just some things that are easier to see at a glance when I can write them down.

Meal plans, grocery lists, appointments, goals... they all seem easier to manage that way.
