Witnessing hundreds of Alvin ISD students being blessed with Christmas shopping sprees was amazing. Community members from across Iowa Colony, Manvel, and Alvin came together on the 30th anniversary of the Alvin Blue Santa Program.

Over 200 students were matched with a volunteers where they were escorted throughout the retailer buying items for their home and families. Once they completed their shopping spree, they were able to select a few toys for their siblings.

None of this would be possible without the generous donations by so many who fundraised and collected toys for the event. Special thank you to the Alvin ISD Education Foundation.

Continuing this 30-year tradition is such an impressive accomplishment. I cannot say enough about the true blessing that Denise Stanaland is for our community. Thank you all Merry Christmas.

🚧 New City Hall Construction Update 🚧

The Legal Department has officially moved out of City Hall and is now operating from the City of Alvin Annex Building.

📍 New Location: City of Alvin Annex Building
302 West House Street, Alvin, TX 77511

While construction is underway on Alvin’s new City Hall, some departments housed in the current building will temporarily relocate to other City facilities so we can continue serving you without interruption.

We’ll continue to share updates as additional City Hall departments move to their temporary locations during construction. Thank you for your patience!
