ESCAPE THE HEAT ALERT 🚨

With a Heat Advisory in effect from noon to 9 pm today, June 17th, remember that Amarillo Public Library provides safe, air-conditioned spaces where you can escape the heat and stay comfortable.

If you or someone you know needs a cool place to spend part of the day, stop by any of our library locations.

Library Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Friday–Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Locations:
-Downtown Library: 413 SE 4th Ave
-Southwest Branch Library: 6801 W 45th Ave
-East Branch Library: 2232 E 27th Ave
-North Branch Library: 1500 NE 24th Ave
-Northwest Branch Library: 6100 SW 9th Ave
