1 E Wellington [Collingsworth Co, TX] Cocorahs reports Flash Flood at 6:05 PM CDT -- Trained observer sent pictures and videos of water covered roads and some impassable roads with fast flowing water 1 mile east of Wellington. Also reported a large tree branch being swept away in a bar ditch from fast flowing water.
