Another closing in the books and I couldn’t be happier for my buyer! 🏡✨

Every real estate transaction is different, and this one definitely had its own journey. We originally lost out in a multiple offer situation, but we didn’t give up. We kept searching until we found the right fit, and now he’s the proud owner of a great 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home!

What makes this one extra special is that he found a home with plenty of space, lots of potential with just a little TLC, and a location that works perfectly for his everyday life — especially being close to his part-time job.
