It feels damn good to be this close to the end of the year and actually did what I said I was gonna do and kept my promises to myself.

This year I’ve learned a few things and one of them is letting go. Letting go of old clothes and belongings that I don’t need, letting go of expectations I had in my business and personal life. And letting go of my old habits that were holding me back from being the person I want to be.

I’m a work in progress. That’s why I celebrate every win I can - so I can enjoy the process.

Sometimes the victory isn’t on the scale and that part really messes me up sometimes. To work so hard and not see pounds dropping like crazy or something 👀👀

BUT -> the scale doesn’t own me and there are so many victories to celebrate beyond it, like this dress falling off me 🫡 🎉

Six months. Countless small choices.

This journey has been so much more than just a number on the scale. Yes I’ve lost actual pounds (about 16 I think) but it’s been about showing up for myself every single day. From early mornings to later evenings and mindful meals to staying consistent with movement and self‑care, I’ve learned that real change happens when you stop chasing perfection and start honoring progress.

I’m so proud of how far I’ve come! And not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. The confidence, energy, and balance I’m feeling now are things I used to only dream about.

If you’re in the middle of your own journey like me, here’s your reminder:
✨ You don’t have to do it all at once.
✨ You don’t have to be perfect.
✨ You just have to keep going.
