Hello all! I have finally taken to the time to create a FB page to share my Hypnosis practice with all of you. The mind body connection is so powerful, I've taken my occupational therapy education and merged it with my hypnosis education to bring clients the best healing possible.

Hypnosis? Yes, hypnosis. Hypnosis is an effective, safe, noninvasive tool that can benefit anyone experiencing conflict in their life.
