Menthu/Rashan N’Shanga has returned to Los Angeles. It’s been six weeks or so since his first “visit” to the Ta-Djesart—Egyptian lore’s fabled immortal lands. And in that time he’s done a number of superheroic deeds, but has managed to stay out of the video-recording public’s eye. Menthu’s name remains unknown & his exploits more of an “urban legend.”

But as Reginald Q—leader & warlord of LA’s most eclectic & dangerous street gang, the Fourth Avenue Avengers—puts his plans to become a super-powered vodoun master of chaos, remaining anonymous may not be an option that Menthu controls. Given this new fiend, this Trouble Man’s powers, Rashan may be hard pressed just to stay alive.

The all-powerful object The Cosmic Udder is stolen from the Bovine League headquarters by the Indian Demigod Cow, Nandi. The Cosmic Udder is an ancient antediluvian object created to contain the Four Teats of Matter, which can control liquids, solids, gasses, and plasma. It was created by the mad Norse cow-goddess, Audhumbla, for her own attempt at world domination. After an epic battle, it was taken from her by the Bovine Pantheon, and the Udder and Four Teats were separated and spread out across future Earth for safe keeping. The Bovine League must go on a worldwide adventure to recover the Four Teats before Nandi, who will combine them with The Cosmic Udder to control reality, collects them all.
