🖤 LIVE *SAT AUG 16* !!! Genre-bending bands MAKÉDA and EXTRA SOUL PLEASE (ESP) will grace stage, for the final concert of the 🎷2025 LLMG Summer Jazz Series!

🎹 is a 5-piece instrumental band from Los Angeles featuring elements of jazz fusion, electronic, future bass, and hip-hop. Following the lead of artists like Badbadnotgood, Sungazer, Thundercat, and Hiatus Kaiyote, Makéda provides their own contribution to the genre-fluid modern movement that is currently reuniting jazz, hip-hop, and electronic music.

🎺 (ESP) is a collective of creative minds trying to find footing in a world of inconceivable possibilities. The five players bring their unique voices together in the high energy musical exchange of brasshouse (a genre term coined by King of Sludge, the drummer for Too Many Zooz).
