August was expansive 🪽

We traveled, made things, spent more time together, celebrated client wins, dreamed up new ideas, and let ourselves get a little curious about what Fare could become next.

There’s something special about this in-between season. Taking stock of what’s been planted, paying attention to what’s growing, and making room for the things we want to create next.

Lately, that looks like more time around the table, more beautiful brands + people, more space to create for ourselves, and a few ideas we’re not quite ready to share yet 👀

Here’s a little look at what we’ve been working on, dreaming about, and carrying with us into the next season. And if you’ve been thinking about what you want to create before the year wraps, we’d love to hear about it.

It’s dreaming something up, gathering the right people, making a mess, moving things around, chasing the light, and figuring it out as we go.

It’s the moodboard becoming a set. The idea becoming something you can hold. The little in-between moments that never make it into the final frame, but make the work what it is.

It started with a moodboard, a feeling, and a vision for what we wanted this season of Fare to look like. Then came the real magic: our team bringing it all to life, piece by piece, on a sweet little farm just outside KC.

Styling, scouting, moving things around, chasing the light, making last-minute calls, and trusting the vision. The kind of behind-the-scenes work that makes the final images feel effortless.

So much care goes into the making of things we love. And this one felt especially good.

Meet Amy, the founder and creative force behind Fare.

Fare is a creative studio built around thoughtful work, good people, and brands we genuinely believe in. We work across brand, design, social, content, styling, and experiences, helping earth-connected brands bring their ideas to life with more intention and a little more soul.

But for Amy, Fare has always been bigger than the services we offer.

It grew from a desire to create something bigger than herself, to bring creatives together, and to build a space where ideas, art, and expression could take shape. Fare is one vessel for that creative flow, a place for co-creation with people and brands in deep alignment.

At the heart of it all is a belief that creativity takes time. That good work comes from care, collaboration, and giving ourselves room to do things differently.

And maybe most importantly, that work should make space for a life, not the other way around.

Five years in, Amy continues to lead, create, and build Fare in a way that feels true to that vision. And we’re excited to keep sharing the story as it unfolds.

Here’s to creating beautiful things, building meaningful brands, and making work that feels like the people behind it.

Behind every brand we build is a group of real people bringing their own experiences, curiosities, and ways of seeing the world.

We’re freelancers, travelers, former chefs, a somatic healer, a former Instagram vlogger, designers, strategists, writers, photographers. Different lives. Different perspectives. One shared creative vision.

Our process isn’t one person sitting behind a laptop. It’s conversations, voice notes, moodboards, edits, second opinions, gut feelings, references collected while traveling, ideas sparked over dinner, and countless moments of collaboration.

In a time when content is easier than ever to generate, we’re reminded that the work people remember still comes from something deeply human.

That’s what we’re building at Fare. Not just content, but brands shaped by lived experience, care, and collaboration.

There are some cities that quietly become part of your creative process.

Los Angeles is one of those places for Fare.

A grocery run turns into packaging inspiration. A coffee meeting becomes a new idea. An afternoon walk leaves us with a full camera roll of textures, colors, storefronts, architecture, and tiny details we’ll probably reference months from now.

We’re here to create, spend time with people we admire, and collect the kind of inspiration that can’t be found behind a screen.
