peak medieval fashion!

Playing KCD2, I really got into enjoying the fashion of 15th century Bohemia! Through playing the game I got to wondering why the chaperon hats resembled some of the hoods you could get. I then learned! The Chaperon hat/liripipe hood was one and the same! A versatile piece of kit, to keep warm/keep elements at bay AND a stylish hat! it's a seriously underrated bit of fashion and I think more people should be wearing them in the Renfaire community!

Support my endeavors at WV!

So my attendance at West Virginia Renaissance Festival is not a paid appearance and aside from entry I'm not being compensated in anyway. So fuel for the trip and food while there is entirely out of pocket. The Knightly duel of the cups!

My friend Cat Lally of of the realm engaged in a mighty duel at NorseForged Gathering 6! our goal was to try to place our swords in the others tankard. I got a few close hits, but Dame Alana got my sword in a bind and landed the final blow!

de-rusting my armor!

So after 6 my armor got pretty orange, so I decided I'd document how I remove rust from my armor! The key is ! Works a treat on any rusted metal you want to bring back! so now that my armor is de-rusted, it's time to hit it with a clear coat to preserve that weathering!

My Wife!

So on my stream, we decided to add a new sound alert for when my wife made an appearance on stream. After getting it set up, I realized I set the cost to only 1 channel point. This was a mistake. My chat did what it does best and I about passed out from laughing so hard!

You gotta tune in to the stream sometime!you are missing out!
