Pokémon Red was my first ever video game so naturally I love this set and honestly it could be the best up-scaled minifig they have done so far! At 930 pieces it’s also a great deal at a price of £69.99!

Welcome to Downton Abbey!

The long awaited LEGO Ideas Downton Abbey set will be launching on October 1st!

This set features 4711 pieces, 13 incredible Minifigures and will be priced at £269.99/$349.99/€299.99!

The build itself looks stunning and Downton fans will love recreating their favourite scenes in one of the 6 rooms featured inside Highclere Castle! The vast majority of the piece count however goes into creating the incredibly detailed front facade. While this makes for an amazing display of Downton Abbey, this facade is made up of lots and lots of small elements making this section a somewhat repetitive and fiddly build.

Looking past my thoughts on the front facade, overall this is a stunning display piece that will be the pride of place for you Downton fans. And even though the vast majority of pieces are small 1x1s, the price to piece count on this is fantastic!

LEGO Downton Abbey is Here!

The long awaited LEGO Ideas Downton Abbey set will be launching on October 1st!

The set features a huge piece count of 4711 pieces and has a great line up of 13 minifigures!

The build features the iconic front facade of Highclere Castle and inside we can see several rooms featured in the show! The piece count for this one seems incredibly high for the overall size of the building so I’ll be interested to see how much of the front facade is made up of small 1x1 pieces. Full review coming soon!

The LEGO PlayStation is Here!

The brand new LEGO PlayStation set will be releasing on October 1st!

This recreation of the original PlayStation console includes a wired buildable controller and hidden inside we have dioramas from the classic games, Ape Escape and Gran Turismo!

I hope there are more references to iconic PlayStation characters throughout the build as not including Spyro or Crash Bandicoot would be criminal! I’ll let you know if I find any in my full review coming soon!
