I watched Disney Worldbuilders and WOW!! Wonderfully incredible and inspiring!🤯✨
As someone who loves Disney, storytelling, and the idea of reimagining what’s possible, this one got me. Here are 5 things I’m taking away:👇
1. NEVER underestimate the power of a great story.
Every attraction, every land, every world begins because somebody believed there was a story worth telling. And when we step into those worlds, we get to continue the story ourselves.
2. PERSPECTIVE can change everything. Sometimes the breakthrough isn’t changing the story, it’s changing who you see the story through. A different perspective can open possibilities you couldn’t see before.
3. HONOR what came before while building what comes next. I loved hearing them talk about being stewards of these worlds and how they kept coming back to Walt! They’re inheriting something incredible, while continuing to build on it. Honor the past without becoming stuck in it.
4. The hard JOURNEY doesn’t mean the dream isn’t working. Disneyland itself was built in one year which is incredible, but it wasn’t without its challenges. That’s part of what makes looking back at it so powerful. If something that magical came through struggle, maybe our difficult chapters aren’t the end of our stories either.
5. The CONSTRUCTION wall might be one of the most hopeful things in the park. I LOVED this thought. A construction wall means something else is coming. The adventure continues.
Your STORY isn’t finished yet. And sometimes the parts of our lives that feel under construction are simply making room for what comes next.🏰✨
