The headless horseman is returning this year to Oogie Boogie Bash at Disney California Adventure!

In past years, he appeared at the start of the Frightfully Fun Parade. This year, the New Madame Leota Swinging Wake Street Party replaces that parade.

In the Disney Parks Blog, the two entertainments are listed separately. In past years, they are listed together. Do you think they will appear separately or will the Headless Horseman still kick off the parade?
