Alaska State Troopers report a fatal ATV crash east of Razdolna on October 15. Antony Basargin, 48, was found pinned under his vehicle after riding in uneven terrain.

Antony Basargin, 48, of Razdolna died in an ATV crash on October 15. His vehicle rolled in uneven terrain, trapping him underneath. Authorities found no foul play.
