Grandpa Steven’s Macaroni and as tradition ! and we’re missed dearly ! 🧡🤎🤍❤️

Shred the cheeses, boil the elbow pasta, salt the water, melt butter in a sauce pan or pot, dice garlic, add to pan. Add more butter and flour for rue, Add cream and bring to warm temp, almost boiling. Let simmer and cool down, mix in shredded cheese. Off heat slowly melt all cheese Into white sauce. Add fresh or ground nutmeg ! Salt pepper too taste. Other spices-cayenne, herbes de Provence, garlic salt, etc.

Staring pasta from water 10-12 mins in or just before finished. Add too butter or oiled baking dish.

Once cheese melted fully into white cream sauce. Pour into dish and fold in. Add extra cheese on top and remaining white sauce.

Cover with aluminum and bake in oven for 30mins at 325. Take off aluminum with 10 minutes left or so! Enjoy !

A few nights ago, and I collaborated on a keto friendly dinner,(for the most part). He cooked seasoned white from and bacon bits with sautéed spinach. He simmered minced garlic before wearing the king, flesh side down first, then finishing until flakey on the skin side.

I sliced some potatoes in half, mixed them in a bowl with olive oil salt pepper, and tarragon. I added butternut squash to the mix and cooking those until soft and browned.

The asparagus was cut, washed, and layer on a baking tray for the oven. Set to 350, for about 10 minutes. Make sure to oil or grisee the pan. I used oil and added salt pepper to taste with a bit of garlic salt.

I hope you enjoy it our strange family dinners. We all add a bit of content and humor. Dad with football, mom with her dishwasher hunting. Sanona helped film me in my dragon onsie, and I of course am the star of the show ;)

We added some spinach to the onion garlic coconut bechamel sauce. Melted sage butter on a mini French baguette. Put the roasted pine nuts inside and on top along with extra pumpkin spice to both the sauce and the Parmesan tofu ricotta. The baked layered pasta dish could t have turned out more delicious !

and I enjoy whipping up some brownies in the early afternoon. She mentions some tips on order of operations during the process, and sports the best of fashion in house.

Once the brownies finished, we put in the baña nut muffins, sprinkled with pecans and some light brown sugar. Pretty simple, just followed the recipes on the box of each box.
