Want a more sculpted jawline? Start here. If your cheeks and under-jaw area tend to hold fullness, the masseter is one of the first places to work on. This technique helps relax the muscle while supporting the natural movement of the tissues around your jaw and lower face. ✨

Before you lift, stop pulling down. Your lower face has muscles constantly working against gravity, and when they get tight, they’re literally dragging everything down. This is the foundation move I always recommend first — release what’s holding you back, then lift. Once you relax these tension points, your lifting techniques become SO much more effective. Save this and do it before your cheek and jawline work. A naturally lifted face starts here. 💛
