Q: Which book was the most difficult for Bruce Walden to write — and why?

A: “Physically speaking it was Eagle River Homestead, my first book. Why? I began writing it in 1988 on a typewriter. Then the typewriter rather died on me. I had to transition to another. And much of it I wrote long hand. When I began use computers, I transcribed it into digital media.

My current project, due to publish shortly, The Shepherd and the Gray wolf, I had "finished" and then realized that there were certain details I'd meant to include in the work. So, it took a bit of rewriting. Always an adventure. Regards, Bruce”
