So Monday afternoon, I'm just minding my own business mowing my grass trying to keep up with the Joneses ... as I swing my Honda lawnmower by our Rose plant what happens!? That rosebush reaches out, slaps my butt and grabs my bandanna!!

October 5, 2025. My 279th 5K of the year. Listened to the last seven minutes of the Broncos game, which lasted the entirety of my run. And all I know I don't remember my Run! Hahah. What a great game! I can't believe it came down to one last play.!!! 🏈 💥 🐴- But we won! 🙌- and I got my run in. That was a crazy finish ! Go Broncos! 🐴 🏈 📣 🎉

1998 - the year I worked 2 hours at a Walmart in Tennessee. I left on my first break.
I still have that check they mailed me for 2 hours of training. ⏰ Hahaha.
🎶 I'm not sick ... but I'm not well ... 🎶 Paranoia Paranoia everyone is coming to get me! 🎶
Also the same year I got drunk and hopped on an 🚆 Amtrak out of Charlotte and woke up in Denver, Colorado. I walked around for a few hours and then booked a train back to Charlotte...🤷‍♂️ 🍺- drinking... 🍷 🙄.
Grateful to be Sober! 🌞
