520. 520 days in a row of running a 5K a day. Insane in the meme-crane. Had to take a little deviation on my run today. They've got a giant crane here at West middle school. They're putting up new air-conditioning units so so probably back up to Monument Trail and lunch Loop for my runs.
Wait for it… It's all… Good!

Every day I feel like a slinky I go up and downstairs run all around and I landed in a chair and I can't get up. See I told you it was fun. 🀩 Go be a slinky today. . Be the best slinky you can be. If that doesn't work be a lava lamp!

June 1, 2026. I wanted to do a little speed work today so I tried to run 2 miles in under 20 minutes. Came close 20:23 ... so close! πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ πŸ€...but a lot better than those 12 and 13 minute miles I've been running with my 5K. I will run another mile and a 10th. To complete the 5K for the day. But this was 2 miles pushing myself a little bit. Pretty good especially after biking 40 miles yesterday. Grateful every day. 61 and sober.
