Here’s a small café in Anchorage, Alaska that needs some recognition. Nothing fancy but some simple comfort food. I went for the BLT today and my brother did the chicken fried steak and eggs which of course is what I really wanted 😆 Follow me for more culinary advice 🫣🤪 Over n’ out!

Chasing the last little bit of sunset along the Kenai River few days ago, and Alaska just decided to show off in full winter-magic mode ❄️

The river’s yet to freeze, the snow on the banks is glowing pink and gold, and every breath hangs in the air like glitter. I came out here just to get my steps in… but honestly I keep stopping every ten feet to take it all in. This river is world-famous for salmon and epic views, but on a quiet winter evening like this? It feels like it’s putting on a private show just for me.

Alaska, you ridiculous beauty. I’m never getting over you. ❤️ 🤠🫎

Yukie and I rolled in safe and sound last night – roads were surprisingly kind to us. Woke up to a solid 10-day weather window staring me in the face (fingers crossed the forecast doesn’t pull its usual Alaska prank 🤞)

Crashed hard at 8 PM, eyes popped open at 2 AM like clockwork. So here we are… 5:30 AM and debating: A) Embrace the early-bird life and get after it 😎 Crawl back into the sleeping bag for much needed beauty sleep 🫣 👽

🌧️❄️ Alaska’s latest plot twist: single-digit temps—freezing rain instead of snow fed the river a few inches to make sure it stays open all winter. If lakes freeze thick enough time to break out the ice fishing rod 🎣 Keeping an eye on the highway road reports 👀
