After decades away from the fast lanes of California law enforcement, the legendary officers of the California Highway Patrol return for a new chapter that bridges the past and present. Frank “Ponch” Poncherello, Jon Baker, and Sergeant Joseph Getraer are no longer the young patrolmen who once ruled the highways with courage, humor, and instinct, but their experience becomes vital when a dangerous criminal network begins using modern technology to turn the roads into a battlefield.
