I can’t believe I’m even uttering the words back-to-school, but here we are! I took Eli and Izze back-to-school shopping at Anchorage 5th Avenue Mall Anchorage 5th Avenue Mall and got some really fun stuff for them! Izze hasn’t taken off this fuzzy jacket from J.C. Penney even though it’s been in the 70’s this week, hah! Eli thinks his running pants from Nordstrom and shoes from Famous Footwear make him faster, maybe he’s not wrong 😉 Emotionally not ready for this school year to start but at least we are one step closer to being actually ready now! New clothes ✔️

Have you ever lost a bunch of photos you’ve only had stored on your phone? 😱 Well I have and it killed me because those memories mean so much to me! This is why I now back everything up twice, the Google photos app on my phone is life. I also use Google to print quick and easy photo books! Since all my photos are already stored in the app it makes it super easy and quick to add them to their photo books! They’re offering free US standard shipping today!

The holidays always remind me how fleeting time is with these littles ❤️ and I want to remember every moment of it I can. My camera roll is filled with thousands of photos and videos of our family, and while I'm good at getting pictures printed, my videos have long sat on my phone or a file on my computer, rarely to be opened again. UNTIL I found yours.co you guys, it's like making the family home videos I loved watching of my childhood, but right from my phone! Still getting the whole school thing figured out over here - Growing up I actually always loved school and for the most part thrived in academics. As I got older and more and more focused on creative disciplines though I learned more through experimentation and practice than any class could have ever taught me. I loved my schooling but loved all my “real world” practice and experience even more. I hope to help my kids have those same experiences as they learn and grow. We all have different experiences and journeys through life that make us unique! And that’s beautiful!

He said his first day of Kindergarten was “brilliant!” So thanks to all the Harry Potter books on tape we’ve been listening to for that one! 🙌🏻👏🏻Favorite part of the day was playing outside, and said there was a “flock of kids, so many people” in the lunch room. I still can’t believe he’s in Kindergarten! I missed him so much today, but I know he’s ready to spread his wings and fly ❤️

A while back I asked you all for help with this teething guy (still at only 6 teeth over here! 😂😬) and I got an overwhelming amount of recommendations to try teething relief and you were of course right! They’re seriously magic for calming an irritable teething baby. + they contain no sugars, benzocaine, and preservatives. Just passing on the good word!
