Covington County’s results for the Special Primary Election for Alabama’s first and second district House seats:

There are 29,023 registered voters in Covington County Alabama, and only 1803, just over 6 percent, chose to cast a vote in tonight’s election.

A BEAUTIFUL THEATRICAL PERFORMANCE Missoula Children’s Theatre, with local support, staged “Beauty Lou and the Country Beast” at LBW’s Dixon Center, featuring 30+ Covington County students. The western-flavored production included youth roles, musical numbers, and a Country Folk rodeo, directed by Halle Ortego and Madisyn Sallas. Decals with Dads hosted at Red Level School Red Level School hosted Decals with Dads on Aug 1, inviting fathers and male role models to help players customize helmets for the 2026 season.
