‼️ Now Seeking Contract-Based Stringers for Andalusia Star-News ‼️

The Andalusia Star-News is seeking three dynamic stringers to cover local news and sports events in Covington County this fall.

Responsibilities:
* Attend news events and local high school sports events across Covington County.
* Capture key highlights during games and take accompanying photos.
* Write articles that report on events and submit them alongside photos.
* Meet all deadlines for assignment submissions.
* Ensure all written content adheres to strong English grammar standards in AP style.

Requirements:
* Strong writing and photography skills.
* A keen understanding of local events and sports.
* Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
* Knowledge of English grammar and composition.

Additional Information:
* Candidates will be selected to work on an as-needed basis.
* This is a contract-based role with the potential for a part-time position based on performance and submission quality.
* A contract must be signed upon selection.

Compensation:
* Pay will be discussed during the interview process.
