Park Place Communities, which owns the Alexandria Mobile Home Park, also owns and manages the Fairmount Village Mobile Home Park, a 54-lot facility in Fairmount.

The property management company involved in a dispute between mobile home residents and the city of Alexandria is also thousands of dollars in debt to another nearby town.
