Members of the Andover community are invited to join us in honoring the courage and sacrifice of those who have served our country in uniform at our annual Veterans Day Ceremony on Tuesday, November 11 at 11:11 AM. The ceremony will be held at Ballardvale Green, located at Andover Street & Center Street.

The Town of Andover is collecting non perishable food items to support local families who may be impacted by a potential pause in SNAP benefits.

Food donation bins are now available during regular business hours inside the first floor lobby of Town Offices at 36 Bartlet Street (near the ground-level entrace under the blue awning), and at the Municipal Services Facility at 5 Campanelli Drive.

All donated items will be delivered to trusted local organizations that provide food assistance to Andover residents. Every contribution makes a difference!

The Town of Andover recognizes that many families are feeling uncertain about access to food in the weeks ahead, and we want residents to know that we are here to help. With a potential pause in SNAP benefits starting on November 1st, we have created a resource guide to connect residents with food assistance and support options. The guide includes information about local organizations providing relief and how to contact them directly.

Additionally the Town is collecting non-perishable food items beginning October 31 at Town Offices and at 5 Campanelli Drive that will be donated to community partners.

In anticipation of Veterans Day, Andover Veterans Services and the Patriotic Holiday Committee will conduct reflagging at local cemeteries. Volunteers are encouraged to assist with the effort. Reflagging will take place at Spring Grove Cemetery on Sunday, November 2, at 11:00 AM, and at Sacred Heart/United Lebanese Cemetery on Saturday, November 8, at 9:00 AM.
