Gracie the is a newer Northcliff client 🐾 There has been some chatter about them on social because they have new ownership. We found our way to Northcliff right before they changed hands but as new customers I will say so far, so good!
While Gracie seemed safe & comfortable where we used to board her, there were too many behind-the-scene issues over the years that made me lose trust in them. A terrible (& costly) experience with a recent full grooming appointment was the last straw.
Things were absolutely fine at the place I used to bring Gracie for lighter monthly grooming & regular nail trims, but they're not a kennel.
Northcliff Kennel & Grooming has afforded us the opportunity to keep Gracie acclimated, since she doesn't need boarding often but obviously needs to feel safe & comfortable when a kennel is needed.
Just sharing because I like to give a shout out when credit is due!
