Pocherong Baboy Recipe 😍
Ingredients:
2 pounds pork belly and pork ribs - cut into cubes
2-3 tablespoons oil
2 ripe saba bananas - each cut into 3 pieces
1 small carrots - cut into chunks
1 big or 2 medium potatoes - cut into quarters
2 cloves garlic - minced
1 medium onion - chopped
2 medium tomatoes - cut into chunks
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons fish sauce
⅛ teaspoon ground pepper
2-3 cups pork broth - or water
1 cup baguio beans
1 cabbage sliced into 4
Instructions:
Boil pork belly and pork ribs in water until it becomes tender. Separate the meat and broth when ready to cook.
Heat oil in a deep pan or a pot and fry the potatoes, carrots, and bananas until the edges are slightly browned. Remove from oil and transfer to a plate.
In the same oil saute garlic, onion, and tomato until limp.
Add the pork meat cuts and the tomato paste.
Season with fish sauce and ground pepper.
Next, add back the fried potatoes, carrots and banana (saba) and also the baguio beans
Pour in the broth/water and let it simmer to cook the potatoes and carrots and until the broth turns into a thicker sauce.
Lastly, add the cabbage and Cover the pot for 3 minutes to cook the cabbage. Serve with steamed rice and enjoy!

1/2 kilo palabok recipe on a budget😋
Ingredients:
500 g palabok noodles
4 to 6 pcs tinapa
Tokwa/tofu(fresh)
Chicharon
Palabok pang palapot(10php)
Onion and garlic
6 cups water for the sauce
Salt and pepper
Anato powder
Knorr cubes and msg
Slurry-4 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup water
Toppings☆
Tinapa
5 eggs
Chicharon
Celery or kinchay
Fried garlic
Kalamansi
NOTES🧑‍🍳
Prepare all the ingredients needed
-palabok noodles cooked according to the package instructions
-boil 5 pcs eggs(hard boiled)
-tinapa half for the sauce and half for toppings
-palabok pangpalapot na 10php ay parang bread crumbs ang itsura.
Procedures:
1. Mashed tofu and add 1 tbsp flour lightly seasoned with salt and pepper
2.In a large wok heat oil and fry the tinapa. Set aside
3. Saute garlic and onions removed from the pan and set aside
4. Add oil if needed cook the tofu until lightly browned then add the sautéed garlic and onions. Saute for couple of minutes.
5. Add 6 cups water and let it boil.then add 1 cup crushed chicharon , half of tinapa flakes,salt , pepper and knorr shrimp or pork cubes. Then add the palabok pangpalapot .mix/stir
Add the anato powder adjust the taste then add the slurry. Stir continuously until it thickens.
Reserve some palabok sauce for toppings.
-Tossed the cooked palabok noodles into the sauce .
-transfer to a large plate ,top with the reserved palabok sauce. Tinapa flakes, crushed chicharon, fried garlic,boiled eggs(sliced). Chopped kinchay and dont forget to serve with kalamansi

Beef Papaitan Recipe 🤤♥️💯
(Ulam or Pulutan)
Ingredients
▢1 lb beef heart cubed
▢1 lb beef small intestine cleaned
▢1 lb beef tripe cleaned
▢1/2 lb beef liver cubed
▢1 lb beef kidney cubed
▢22 grams Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc Mix
▢1 piece onion chopped
▢3 thumbs ginger minced
▢5 cloves garlic crushed
▢3 piece long green pepper sliced
▢8 cups water
▢beef bile to taste
▢Salt and pepper to taste
▢3 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions:
Wash beef tripe and small intestine. Boil with ginger and dried bay leaves for 45 minutes. Remove from the pot and let it cool down. Slice into bite-size pieces.
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until onion softens.
Add beef heart and kidney. Sauté until it turns light brown.
Put the tripe and small intestines into the pot. Cook for 2 minutes.
Pour water into the pot. Let is boil. Adjust heat to low. Continue boiling until beef heart and kidney tenderizes.
Add beef liver and bile. Stir. Cook for 15 minutes in medium heat.
Add Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc Recipe Mix.
Put long green peppers into the pot and season with salt and ground black pepper. Stir. Cook for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve hot.
