Christian FM’s “Today’s Christian Music” (TCM) Signs with Local Radio Networks (LRN) as its Exclusive Delivery Platform and Affiliate Sales Partner

Nashville, TN – April 14, 2025 – Christian FM Media Group, which has 453 commercial and non-commercial affiliates across the country, has chosen Local Radio Networks (LRN) as its delivery platform and affiliate sales partner for its recently acquired Today’s Christian Music (TCM) the heritage 24/7 Contemporary Christian Format. TCM is currently heard on 102 radio stations across America and features America’s best-known and beloved Christian radio talent, including former “Fish” personalities Beth Bacall, Kim Fitz, Scott and Sam, and Kevin and Amy in mornings. LRN’s proprietary Radio Velocity Control Software (RVC) is an industry leader in 24/7 content delivery, with maximum localization content and control features, including the ability to choose market-exclusive radio hosts.

Local Radio Networks Mourns Passing of 40-Year 24/7 Music Format Executive Pat Crocker

Angola, Indiana – April 2, 2025 — It is with great sadness that Steve Swick, Chief Executive Officer of Local Radio Networks (LRN), announces the passing of 40-year radio veteran Patrick (Pat) Crocker, who died last night from a sudden heart attack while engaged in his second favorite passion, ice hockey. Pat joined LRN as Executive Vice President in 2019 after leaving Cumulus / Westwood One. He spearheaded the growth of LRN’s 24/7 music formats.

“Pat’s first passion was radio,” said Chad Seng CFO at LRN. “Pat helped countless radio stations find the right 24/7 music format solution to yield success in their market. To me, Pat was a personal friend and a colleague. Everyone at LRN and its affiliates will miss him. Our sincere heartfelt loss and prayers go out to his wife Teri and the entire Crocker family.”

Crocker’s radio career spanned almost 40 years, with experience in radio sales and management across local, national, network, and syndication. He spurred the growth of 24/7 music format affiliations at Local Radio Networks, as well as Jones Radio Networks, Dial Global, and Westwood One. During his career, he oversaw the consolidation of affiliate sales departments during several network mergers. Crocker began his career in media in St. Louis as a national ad sales representative and moved into local and national sales management at St. Louis iconic stations WIL-FM and KSHE-FM, as well as KALC-FM and KIMN-FM in Denver.

PODCAST RADIO NOW AVAILABLE THROUGH LOCAL RADIO NETWORKS (LRN)

Local Radio Networks is logging its first all-talk format with the addition of Podcast Radio. Through this collaboration with Krantz Media Group, Podcast Radio content will be accessible from LRN via its distribution platform for affiliate stations’ automation systems.

After starting in the UK, Podcast Radio moved to the United States, first with Beasley Media Group then Alpha Media. The 24/7 format adapts podcast content into a radio-friendly listening experience, enhanced by localized promotions and “Podjocks.”

Podcast Radio is available cash and barter. Adlarge Media is handling network advertising sales.
