On Aug. 19, the Cannabis Regulatory Agency announced it would convene a public hearing Sept. 14 to ask: "Would you support a change in the law to place a moratorium on the issuance grow licenses?" Michigan is an unlimited license state and is currently undergoing a price meltdown, as wholesale flower prices are dropping below $1,000 per pound. In October, even more cannabis will flood the market. The Four20 Post Live team will explore this issue at 1 pm Aug. 24.
