The Orpheum

The Orpheum The Orpheum is America's first youth-owned and operated recording studio. Check out our "likes" to view some of the artists who have recorded here.

The Orpheum is staffed by a team consisting of dedicated high school student interns and is headed by the Neutral Zone's Studio Coordinator. Our goals are to create high quality audio recordings for youth and the general public, and to develop and engage youth in entrepreneurship and technical skills. Our educational program is based on a system of apprenticeship, through which each student receiv

es ongoing training in a recording digital audio, scheduling, marketing, and communicating with clients. Students advanced through a multi-tiered, merit-based training system through which they gain various skill sets and responsibilities.
