I couldn’t be more grateful that my destination bride traveled all the way from San Francisco and trusted me with her rehearsal dinner and wedding day glam!

Emily is truly one of the most beautiful souls I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting🫶🏼Her positivity, kindness, and radiant energy are absolutely contagious, and being part of her wedding weekend was such an honor.

I feel so lucky that she chose me to be a part of such a special chapter in her life, and to work alongside an incredible vendor team that made every moment unforgettable. Emily looked absolutely stunning, the energy was unmatched, and the vibes were truly immaculate!🤍

If your Makeup Artist doesn’t do this… RUN🏃‍♀️

Choosing a Makeup Artist isn’t just about talent, beautiful photos, or a stunning portfolio. It’s also about their sanitation and hygiene practices🫧🧼

If you’ve ever sat in a makeup chair and noticed your artist:
❌ Not sanitizing products with alcohol
❌ Not wiping down palettes and packaging
❌ Using dirty brushes
❌ Reusing beauty sponges, powder puffs, or disposables
❌ Not sanitizing their hands between clients

My take on a super soft bridesmaid glam ✨

This bridesmaid told me she was nervous about getting her makeup professionally done because she doesn’t like the feeling of a lot of makeup on her skin. Before we started, I asked her lots of questions about her comfort level with makeup and what she normally wears day to day so we could create something that still felt like her🫶🏼

Here’s what we did:
- Instead of foundation, I used the Flawless Filter as the base
- Light coverage concealer only where needed — under the eyes and through the center of the face
- Minimal eyeshadow look only using bronzer with natural lashes (using my favs for the natural girls naked 420s)
- Subtle contour, light blush, & focused on glowing, dewey skin
- Softly filled brows with only tinted brow gel
- Lips lined true to her natural lip color finished with gloss only

This may be one of the most minimal looks I’ve ever done, but it’s proof that with strategic product placement and the right products, you can still achieve a natural makeup look that feels lightweight while showing up beautifully on professional camera🤍

Bronzed, radiant skin paired with champagne shimmer smokey eyes✨

For Ashton’s wedding weekend, we wanted her rehearsal dinner glam and wedding day glam to feel elevated but distinctly different!

For the big day, we kept her signature bronze glow and luminous skin the same, but spiced up the eyes with a brighter champagne shimmer, a smokier lower lash line, slightly deeper outer corners, and a more dramatic lash moment🤍

As a girly whose biggest fear is smelling bad and nobody telling me 😭 I am VERY hyperaware of smells and always want to smell fresh! Especially as a bridal makeup artist working super up close and personal with clients all day, arms up the entire time.

After lots of trial and error, this has become my GO-TO underarm routine that keeps me smelling fresh through long wedding days, summer heat, sweating, running around… all of it! Without constantly needing to reapply.

And trust me when I say I have tried EVERY deodorant on the market. Women’s, men’s, natural, expensive… is the ONLY one that consistently works for me. Not sponsored, just really trying to help the girlies🤝
