This popular local bakery—with its excellent homemade pastries, bread, great sandwiches, and coffee—proves that people still value real food and authentic baking. With so many coffee chains, food chains, and packaged food, it’s a delight to see this local baker thrive.

Their reason: “We want our team to be fully present with the people standing in front of them, not stuck on hold.” And the servers really do feel present!
