Hired a man to do my backsplash and when he left for break he left the caulk looking like this! 😮 I’m in a complete panic, will this dry on and never come off. I’m no professional but I know this is wrong!!!

I had a friend stay over for about a week and a half with her cat. This mattress was brand spankin new and when my friend left, I went to change the sheets and saw this. She let her cat p*e on the bed. How can I clean this it smells so bad. I have kids and don't want them getting sick. I don't know what the brown spots are and it's just caked on with cat p*e. Please help I'm desperate!!!
❗️Just wanna say I didn't invite her at all, she asked and at first I said no to her and the cat because my dog doesn't like cats, but she had guilt tripped me and made me feel like crap when she said she'd sleep in her car. I asked her to pay for a new mattress and she said no because my dog made it difficult for the cat to leave the room.

So I hit my baby daddy up like, “Hey, the kids been askin for McDonald’s all day, can you come take them to get something to eat?” Tell me why this man show up with some bags of groceries talmbout, “This more responsible.” Sir… ain’t nobody ask for none of this mess! My kids lookin’ at them bags like, “Where the Happy Meals at?” Then he gon’ say, “They need to eat real food anyway.” Boy, theyre kids and they wanted Mickie Ds brokieee. just woke up and my bed was riddled with this

what is this? i swear this was not here when i went to bed last night. even weirder is that they are laying where i was laying in bed. they are all somewhat elongated like if you broke the lead in a pencil. i think this might have happened before but i didn’t think much of it.
