My vision for D&E Sharpening and Tool Service is to openly glorify the Lord Jesus Christ through my work. I seek to run this business as a faithful servant of God—walking in obedience to His Word, treating every customer with Christlike love, and using the gifts He has given me to restore what is dull and worn.

“And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.” — Colossians 3:23

In all things, I desire this sharpening service to be a daily testimony that Jesus saves, sustains, and deserves all the honor.

I just want everyone to know I have closed my shop. i am no longer in business.

Another before and after. On restorations I charge $15.00 unless I have to put handle on it as well then it goes to $30.00 plus’s sharpening so a knife this size without replacing handles will cost $33.00. And if I have to replace handles it will be $48.00

WHY YOU SHOULD KEEP YOUR KNIVES SHARP

KEEP YOUR KNIVES SHARP FOR A BETTER COOKING EXPERIENCE. Keeping your knives sharp will help you enjoy the cooking process and make your kitchen look clean and organized. A dull knife will require force to slice through paper and will cause you to spend more time cleaning and preparing food. A good test to determine if your knives need sharpening is by cutting a piece of paper. You can also try using magazine paper to see if they still have a decent edge. If the paper is still too slick or too hard, call a professional sharpener.
