After years of adventures, countless memories, and visiting all lower 48 states as a family, this is our last trip in our beloved RV. This rig has been more than just a vehicle — it’s been our home on wheels, our escape, and our launching pad to some of the most unforgettable moments of our lives.

We’ve put so much time and love into making this RV just right — the upgrades, (can you say a very impressive SOLAR package) the tweaks, the fixes — all so it could support the kind of life we dreamed of living. And it delivered.

But… life changes. The kids are growing up, and our needs are shifting. So we’re closing this chapter, not with sadness, but with gratitude — and excitement for what’s next. 🛣️

Very soon, she will be ready for her next adventure — maybe with a new family ready to chase their own dreams on the open road. And yes, we’re already dreaming up plans for our next RV. 😉

Thanks for riding along with us through this season — more adventures ahead!

Happy Father’s Day to the guy who wears all the hats—RV troubleshooter, home handyman, expert RV driver, and most importantly… the best dad our kids could ask for. 💙

This photo show us SAVING $30 on our last fill up! Fuel costs add up FAST when traveling in an RV but so do our savings with our Open Roads card! What would you do with and extra $30? One of the things we’ve come to love most about RV life isn’t the big destinations or bucket list stops—it’s the quiet moments in between.

Like stumbling on a patch of wildflowers at Sebastian Inlet State Park. 🌼 No crowds, no rush… just a gentle reminder that beauty is everywhere if you slow down long enough to notice it.

This lifestyle has taught us that home doesn’t have to be a fixed address. It can be wherever your wheels stop and your heart feels full.

Today, it was in the breeze off the water. In the buzz of bees and the sway of wildflowers. In the stillness that reminds us why we chose this life in the first place.

Meet our fearless navigator: Buc-ee the Beaver. 🦫💨

He doesn’t need GPS. He doesn’t need maps. He just points that buck-toothed nose toward adventure and says, “Trust me.” (Which is mildly concerning, but here we are.)

Today he’s guiding us to parts unknown—probably somewhere with good snacks, clean restrooms, and at least one giant billboard of himself. Because priorities.

Charity’s navigating, Ben's driving, and Buc-ee? He’s moral support, travel mascot, and official dashboard DJ (his playlist is 90% Texas country and 10% truck stop jingles).

How we got started.....

In the summer of 2017, we bought our first RV. While we had wanted to be able to RV with our family, we didn’t expect to be able to “afford” an RV for many years. Surprise! An RV isn’t quite as much as you might think. We found that the older RV’s are both reliable and affordable. Our first RV was a 2000 Fleetwood Pace Arrow. We spent the next spring (2018) remodeling the interior before we headed out on first big road trip where we traveled full time with our family for 41 days. We were able to upgrade to a 2004 Fleetwood Discovery Diesel Pusher in the fall of 2018.

Owning our own businesses gives us time and location freedom. We love being able to make memories with our kids while they are young (and mom and dad are still cool).
