Meet our new Branding Communications Leader, Ally! 🙌

Ally has a background in photography and graphic design. A Wisconsin native, she attended St. Norbert College and now owns a small wedding and portrait photography business. Ally has a love for classic lit and tends to gravitate toward critically acclaimed novels like The Secret History and All the Light We Cannot See. Outside of work Ally loves to go hiking, staying active, planning themed photo shoots, and visiting local coffee shops.

Jordan leads with strategy, bringing eight years of experience helping brands grow through thoughtful, results-driven content. He’s worked across B2B, SaaS, and startups—shaping go-to-market plans, leading social strategy, and launching trust-building content like podcasts. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, fitness, and time with his wife and daughter. He also hosts On Marketing, where he interviews top marketers and turns insights into actionable strategies for clients.

Brad had a fantastic time speaking at Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation’s Lieutenant Governor’s Small Business Academy! On Friday, he had the honor of kicking off the academy’s final learning session with an honest and inspiring conversation about his journey as a small business owner.

Later, Brad joined Jeff King of King and Associates for an intimate marketing panel, where they shared valuable social media insights and real-world strategies with fellow entrepreneurs.

It was an energizing day filled with connection, perspective, and a shared passion for helping Wisconsin’s small businesses thrive!
