FreqNet A multimedia production company, specializing in music and sound engineering. Staffed with gifted graduates from Madison Media Institute and more.

Well, my few followers, it's been a while since news has been shared on the studio whereabouts and happenings. It's mostly because it's been a bit hectic over the past 9 months or so. Unfortunately, this has resulted in FreqNet becoming a one man team (just me, Aaron, now) and being relocated to Appleton, WI. For those who care, Dan and I are on great terms. It's just that opportunities came up for me in Appleton that I couldn't pass up.

With all of that said though, I realized the sad truth; FreqNet has slowly been dying over the past 2 years. It went from a vibrant staff of 6 with internships underway to 2 and now just me. A social network under construction, a film studio, a recording studio and a record label down to simply just a recording studio. We received investment money and venture capitalist interest at one point to eventually just Dan and I breaking our own collective bank to buy new gear.

I don't know where this company is going to go next, but things are going to change pretty significantly soon. I have to now weigh my options and figure out what to do with my talent and my assets. I have to see what's happening in the Fox Valley scene. Until then, FreqNet is going to still be in a bit of a funk for a few more months.

Next weekend we'll be hosting local metal act, Provoker, in the studio for session work on their first release. It'll be a great way to test out the new FocusRite interface that we've added recently as well. ~\(≧▽≦)/~

The studio is now officially fully operational, and the search for artists to record begins. Spread the word Freqs! Pictures to come later :-)

Doing some in-house recording sessions tonight. Let the music liven up the place!

The control room is almost finished, and the live room is shaping up too! We'll be looking for artists to work with soon, so stay tuned freqs :-D

Every road comes to an end at some point, so somewhere along the way you have to turn onto a new road in order to continue the journey. FreqNet 2014: The Rebirth
