Come on down to Sunny Brae Porchfest THIS SUNDAY from noon - 6pm! Bring your friends, kids, bikes, skateboards, etc and follow your ears or swipe to plan your day by the hour ✍️🌟

Note: This year we are blocking off Beverly Drive from Buttermilk to Chester! We will have an info booth, toilets, and bands playing in this zone. Come say hi and grab a map! + any bands that say they are playing “Beverly/ Chester” can be found here 🚧🤝

This event is totally free and there is nothing for sale ✌️we are a grassroots org putting this on for the love of music and our community! We had so much fun this weekend at the with .arts 🫶 thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth and grabbed a program schedule / took the time to learn more about what we do 🤝

It was so awesome to learn how many of you are listening to humboldt hot air on the regular 😍 we got soooo much feedback from folks telling us what their favorite shows are, that they leave 94.7 on whenever they drive around, etc. We can’t track how many of yall are tuned in at any given time so it means a lot to recieve feedback like this! Roman Sanchez is on Art Attitude tomorrow (Sunday, Sept. 21). He joined Wendy Butler for a Zoom interview in August. He was teaching and also directing at Linfield University in McMinnville, Ore. The Lime Arts Productions founding artistic director recently earned his M.F.A. in Theater Management from the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale. He was formerly on staff at Blue Lake’s Dell’Arte International, an experience, he says, that has helped inform his admiration for and devotion to storytelling and live performance. For Earl Thomas, it's much more than that. “I’m going to live this out, this thing that I know I was born to do,” he says. Redwood Curtain Theatre presents Heidi Schreck’s “What the Constitution Means to Me” through Sept. 28 at the 5th & D Street Theater in Eureka.
