Все в этой жизни вопрос выбора. А его условия иллюзорны. И только наш мозг, постоянно требующий логических объяснений, ищет эту причинно-следственную связь, чтобы оправдать то или иное решение. Но реальная причина всегда заключается во внутреннем выборе (подсознательном желании или потребности). Люди попадают в одни и те же условия, но выбирают по-разному смотреть на ситуацию, и порой даже делают противоположные выводы.

Everything in this life is a matter of choice. And its conditions are illusory. And only our brain, constantly demanding logical explanations, is looking for this cause-and-effect relationship to justify this or that decision. But the real reason is always an internal choice (a subconscious desire or need). People find themselves in the same conditions, but they choose to look at the situation differently, and sometimes even draw opposite conclusions.

Нет ничего важнее и прекраснее настоящего момента. Прошлое и будущее - иллюзия в голове , и только настоящий момент - это всё, что у нас есть.
Человек привык обесценивать то, что уже имеет и переоценивать то, чего у него нет, убегая тем самым от самого ценного - от настоящего. Зная при этом , что миллионы людей мечтали бы быть на его месте. А мы трясемся за каждую копейку, прокручиваем пустые обиды в голове и сожалеем о нереализованных планах. Отведённое нам время так ничтожно мало по сравнению с миллиардами лет существования Вселенной , и этого момента никогда не было и не будет ещё миллиарды лет. Это осознание так расширяет и так освобождает

The most important thing I’ve learned to get into a state of flow (harmony, love and satisfaction) is the realization that I don’t need a perfect world for this. We always lack something to get to the perfect state and it seems that we need to remove it and add something else - and I will finally start enjoying life. A complete illusion. A real state of flow is equivalent to accepting both the perfections and imperfections of the present reality, yourself and those around you. You need to get rid of expectations that someday the perfect life will come, the perfect people will come, you will become somehow unrealistically cool and so on. This will never happen 😄 There will ALWAYS be some kind of jamb that will interfere with the perfect picture. Perfection both exists and does not exist at the same time. It just changes depending on your perception and state here and now. And when you just come to terms with this, it is much easier to be in the flow and completely satisfied with life. And the hardest thing for me right now is to enjoy the present, and not be in a state of eternal expectation. But we’ll talk about that later..

Все чаще осознаю , как важно принять то, что происходит и не сопротивляться течению. Потому что я столько сил трачу на сопротивление, и чаще всего проигрываю ему 😅 Говорят нельзя соглашаться на меньшее. И ты бежишь от этого «меньшего», но жизнь так устроена , что бежать ОТ чего-то и бежать К чему-то - это, по сути, одно и то же. И оказывается , намного мудрее принимать тот опыт, который дает жизнь и спокойно его прожить , не убегая. Даже если это тебя не устраивает. Ибо это бесполезно и сопротивление сильно тебя расстраивает и изматывает. И это не значит отказаться от мечт и желаний. Это значит, дать им время на осуществление и понять, что этот путь может быть не таким, как ты ожидаешь. После того, как отдаёшься жизни ( и людям 😄) такой, какая она есть, такой прилив освободившейся энергии появляется 😁 Боже мой, да какая вообще разница, как разворачивается этот жизненный узор, соответствует он твоим ожиданиям или нет. Мы здесь временно. И просто проживаем эту жизнь, познавая себя и других. Того, что должно произойти с тобой, ты не избежишь, поэтому смысл париться и загоняться? Несовершенность людей и нашей жизни - это только наша субъективная установка, это наши штампы и ожидания. Планы Бога совершенны. Позволь жизни разворачиваться по Его сценарию, а не по сценарию, который тебе навязывает общество и твой ненастный мозг 🧠

More and more often I realize how it is important to accept what happens and not resist the flow. They say you can’t settle for less. And you are running from this “lesser”, but life is so arranged that running FROM something and running TO something is, in fact, the same thing. And it turns out that it is much wiser to accept the experience that life gives you and live it calmly without running away. Even if it doesn’t suit you. Because it is useless and resistance greatly frustrates and exhausts you.And this does not mean giving up dreams and desires. This means giving them time to implement and understanding that this path may not be what you expect. You can’t avoid what’s going to happen to you, so what’s the point in worrying about it? God’s plans are perfect.
