✔️ Coordinates and assists supervisors assigned to installation of HVAC, Insulation and Joiner products.
✔️ Coordinates the development of manning requirements needed to maintain schedule and budget.
✔️ Project Management experience preferred
✔️ Must have ability to work in confined spaces and comfortable with heights

On June 27, 2025, the US Navy Talent Pipeline Program’s National Signing Day was held at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.

The energy and purpose in that room was indescribable.

To say I’m honored to be part of such a powerful movement, is saying the least. Some of my most favorite people were in attendance that day, and I could not be more grateful.

Virginia Senator Tim Kaine shared a great story and talked about the importance of what we do for our nation and the value in bringing back the trades.

CMC Jeffrey Hiscocks delivered an impactful message on how important the Talent Pipeline Program (or, as he called it “secret sauce”) is to rebuilding the defense industrial base.

I could go on and on…. I have memories from that day that I will cherish forever.

I am proud to be part of the US Navy Talent Pipeline Program and honored to be part of supporting our nation.

🔱 On June 12th, 2025, Trident Maritime Systems was honored to host a special US Navy Talent Pipeline Signing Day ceremony in Rhinelander, WI to celebrate eight of our valued employees.

These talented individuals will play a vital role in supporting critical US Navy operations and we’re thrilled to celebrate their contributions to the ongoing mission of strengthening our nation’s defense capabilities.

The critical need for a strong, sustainable defense industrial base has never been more urgent. Over the next decade, the US will require more than 4 million skilled manufacturing workers, including 100,000 for submarine shipbuilding alone.

That’s why the US Navy Talent Pipeline Program was created - to equip small and medium-sized defense manufacturers with the resources to attract and retain top talent.

Since 2021, TPP has helped secure over 9,500 new hires to grow our manufacturing workforce. At Trident Maritime Systems, we’re proud to be an enterprise member of this program, sharing best practices to recruit, train, and retain the next generation of skilled workers.

Our purpose is to solidify our commitment to the Navy by standardizing our best practices and implementing valued tools from the Talent Pipeline Program.

🔱 Yesterday, Trident Maritime Systems held our first US Navy Pipeline Signing Day where we welcomed and recognized some men and women who have recently joined the Maritime Industrial Base workforce.

Through the US Navy Talent Pipeline Program, we recruit, hire, train, and retain the workforce needed to meet our US Naval demand.

I'm excited to see the future of advanced manufacturing taking shape through this collaboration and innovation.

🔱Trident Maritime Systems HEG in Rhinelander, WI has an opportunity available for a 1st shift Material Specialist!

▶️Primary responsibility:
-Proficient ex*****on of all Shipping and Receiving operations with no guidance.
-Provide training for all levels of personnel in department.
-Offer daily guidance in department to prioritize safety, quality, schedule, and cost.

▶️Some duties include:
-Safe operations of all forklifts available at facility
-Crane operation and rigging
-Inventory transactions using a computer and scanner device
-Packaging of outgoing shipments
-Ensure material preservations and proper identification
-Unload/load delivery trucks

▶️Must have experience in:
-ERP
-Basic blueprint reading, basic math, and use of measuring devices
-Basic computer usage including typing, Windows © navigating, and Microsoft Office ©

🔱 Congratulations to Trident Maritime Systems HEG Program Manager, Joey Albanys in being presented the Patriot Award.

This is a very exciting award that Joey received for all his support to Logan Poll while he was preparing for his departure and during his deployment. We have amazing employees here and it's an honor and privilege to support an active military employee.

Script from Logan:

"The first in ESGR's series of awards is the Patriot Award. The Patriot Award reflects the efforts made to support citizen warriors through a wide range of measures including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families, and granting leaves of absence if needed.
Joey was nominated for his support from the hiring process to present day. When I had my first interviews with Joey, I was operating in Syria. He dealt with interviewing me in the pitch black with helicopters overhead, which I thought alone would eliminate me from the position of Project Coordinator. After a few rounds of interviews, the final one with Scott Sievert and Joey Albanys ended with them saying they had a good feeling about this, and to move forward in the process.
Once I was back, there was a brief few months where I was back to being a traditional guardsman, only committing a couple days a month. About a year ago, we got news that the 3-126 IN. was mobilizing for another rotation. The training up until then became much more disruptive, taking me out for sporadic weeks or months. Projects I was entrusted to lead had to be taken over, and Joey helped step in for guidance and completion with no complaints.
Now, about a year and a half later, I am returning to the same operation. The time I have spent with the Heavy Equipment Group has been filled with great memories. I cannot wait to return and develop further alongside this company, which is entrusted with pretty special work. I extend the most heartfelt thankfulness to Joey and the rest of the company for the relationships made and look forward to making more once I come back. Thank you for everything!"
