🔱Trident Maritime Systems was proud to attend another successful ATDM Career Fair in Danville, VA today!
An incredible turn-out with over 250 students attending from many walks of life, all looking forward to a career in the defense industry.
Richard Rossi and Amber Bricco had great conversations with the graduating classes in Quality, NDT, CNC Machining, and welding.

Looking forward to seeing some of these smiling faces join Trident!

✔️ Coordinates and assists supervisors assigned to installation of HVAC, Insulation and Joiner products.
✔️ Coordinates the development of manning requirements needed to maintain schedule and budget.
✔️ Project Management experience preferred
✔️ Must have ability to work in confined spaces and comfortable with heights
✔️ While this role will require some office setting reporting functions, the main responsibility will be out on the deck plate working alongside the team.

On June 27, 2025, the US Navy Talent Pipeline Program’s National Signing Day was held at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.

The energy and purpose in that room was indescribable.

To say I’m honored to be part of such a powerful movement, is saying the least. Some of my most favorite people were in attendance that day, and I could not be more grateful.

Virginia Senator Tim Kaine shared a great story and talked about the importance of what we do for our nation and the value in bringing back the trades.

CMC Jeffrey Hiscocks delivered an impactful message on how important the Talent Pipeline Program (or, as he called it “secret sauce”) is to rebuilding the defense industrial base.

I could go on and on…. I have memories from that day that I will cherish forever.

I am proud to be part of the US Navy Talent Pipeline Program and honored to be part of supporting our nation.

🔱 On June 12th, 2025, Trident Maritime Systems was honored to host a special US Navy Talent Pipeline Signing Day ceremony in Rhinelander, WI to celebrate eight of our valued employees.

These talented individuals will play a vital role in supporting critical US Navy operations and we’re thrilled to celebrate their contributions to the ongoing mission of strengthening our nation’s defense capabilities.

The critical need for a strong, sustainable defense industrial base has never been more urgent. Over the next decade, the US will require more than 4 million skilled manufacturing workers, including 100,000 for submarine shipbuilding alone.

That’s why the US Navy Talent Pipeline Program was created - to equip small and medium-sized defense manufacturers with the resources to attract and retain top talent.

Since 2021, TPP has helped secure over 9,500 new hires to grow our manufacturing workforce. At Trident Maritime Systems, we’re proud to be an enterprise member of this program, sharing best practices to recruit, train, and retain the next generation of skilled workers.

Our purpose is to solidify our commitment to the Navy by standardizing our best practices and implementing valued tools from the Talent Pipeline Program.
