Dear Mr. & Mrs. Love, you had no idea you were uncomfortable, and severely overweight. All you knew is that you were happy, on several medications, you could fit in your eldest daughter's prom dress, so you thought you were doing good. You knew you were having fun, it was your 1st year sponsoring at the Dallas Margarita Ball, the sky was the limit. Fast forward 4 years later. I am proud of you. You're clearly not done, but on your way.

For the person reading this. Change is inevitable. What side of change are you going to be on? Don't wait like we did for the doctor to give you a bad report, end up in ICU, or have the doctor give you an ultimatum. Do something now. There are too many resources available to jumpstart your weightloss journey. Pills, shots, food services, surgery.. at this point, pick one, get started, learn how to eat right because that's the key to keeping it off, exercise and stay consistent.

Over 250 lbs down together and we will not go back to the bundage of a sedentary lifestyle. No food, or alcohol is worth your life. Take your life back.
