The team behind the Philadelphia-based concept from High Street Hospitality Group has received recognition from Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, an a ’24 semifinalist nomination from JBF’s “Outstanding Wine and Other Beverages Program.”

The restaurant’s newest location at the Hotel AKA Washington Circle offers a curated menu with seasonal, American small plates, a robust list of organically farmed wines, and inventive craft cocktails. We’re so proud to have .kitchenandbardc on our roster!

From the bustling markets of Kerala to the vibrant streets of Mumbai, Tapori brings the authentic flavors of South Asian street food to Washington DC’s historic H Street in a beautiful, vibrant space. Highlights from the menu include Pani Puri, Vada Pav, kebabs, and “Indian-ish” menu of tropical cocktails that highlight indigenous spices and fruits.

We’re so proud to work with this wonderful team, and are already planning our next visit to Tapori! 📸:
