The Journal is a local newspaper serving the community of Armstrong, Iowa. It was originally founded in 1893 and was purchased by Jay and Kris Grabinoski in 2008. The Journal is the official newspaper for the city of Armstrong, the Armstrong-Ringsted community school, and Emmet County.

In Armstrong: In Shelter house and by our RingTel Communications office.
In Swea City: South edge of the park to the east of the bandshell
