On International Women's Day, I want to tell you about the moment I truly learned to say: "I love women."

Years ago, during a transformative time in my life, I found myself in a women's yoga teacher training. Divorced, starting over, seeking something more. On the first day, our instructor asked why we chose this training. One woman, with such powerful simplicity, said, "I love women."

Those words struck me. Not in a complicated way. Just pure, unapologetic appreciation.

That training became a sanctuary. It showed me the extraordinary power of women supporting women - our deep connections, our collective strength, our incredible capacity for empathy and resilience. A decade later, I'm still connected to women from that circle, still transformed by those moments.
