Let’s wrap up this week with a few more great backyards! First stop is our Mansion + Holding Area (on Long Island) then to House 43 (in NJ) and last to House 41 (Rockaways). Do ya still think we only rep locations at the beach? (Nope) One is grand, sprawling and elegant, next is a large Tudor with kids’ rooms too and finally a sweet beachy bungalow with an upstairs apartment to add on as well. Lots of backyard options at all!

Let’s take a backyard pause to a summer TBT. Owner/founder, Claudia, hanging out one eve at a Boat Club event. We 🩵 this location! The boats, docks, views, club room, bar, pool table, offices, and the gritty nautical vibe + its history are amazing! Come on out to film or photograph we use here before the chilly days ahead (ie: no heat here)

It’s our final stop for coffee this week! Our Hotel Coffee Bar is near the ferry and is filled with luscious green plants, high ceilings, an island center table. More of a quick cup to go spot. Located on a nice, open clear sidewalk. What do you see happening here? A one-on-one author interview? A photoshoot with one stunning model? Call us and send ideas!

We’re still drinking good coffee this week here, our next stop is the Coffee Cafe: Located on a bustling block in Rockaway, this local cafe features red and brown tones; wooden tables, a red bathroom, and bright orange walls. Plenty of pastries and lunch items for you guys to enjoy! A TV scene? Yes. An indie film? Sure. A music video? OK. 📸
